Galatasaray President Burak Elmas asked Ali Koc to stop negotiations with Melo Trimble

Fenerbahce had decided to pay the clause for Euroleague in Melo Trimble’s contract with Galatasaray.

However the Maryland product  will not transfer to the team led by Djordjevic, as Burak Elmas, president of Galatasaray, called directly the president of Fenerbahce Ali Koc to ask him to stop the negotiation.

Trimble is producing 15.7 points and 4.5 assists per game between BSL and BCL, shooting 43% from the field, 40% from beyond the arc and 82% from the foul line.
