Veteran guard Frank Gaines is in advanced talks with Bnei Herzliya of the Israeli Winner League, sources told Sportando.
Gaines spent last season in Italy with Virtus Bologna, averaging 9.7 points and 2.1 rebounds in the Serie A and 11.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in the EuroCup.
