FIP president says he’s waiting for a signal from Government and Coni to cancel seasons

Italian Basketball Federation president Gianni Petrucci told Tuttosport that Serie A and Serie A2 seasons are likely to be canceled.

“I don’t see how we can think about resuming the season in the middle of this tragedy” Petrucci said. “I will listen to proposals from Serie A and Serie A2 managements. I am waiting for a signal from Government and CONI to cancel the season”.
