Fenerbahce pursuing Jonah Mathews but Anwil is unwilling to let him go

Mathews is a top-3 scorer in Poland

EuroLeague’s Fenerbahce have made a push to buy Jonah Mathews out of his current deal in Poland but Anwil Wloclawek is not willing to let the young guard go at the moment, Sportando has learned.

The Turkish club is active on the market to add a new guard after Nando De Colo went down with an injury.

Mathews, who turns 24 in February, is a top-3 scorer in the Polish league – averaging 18.5 points per game – and he recently went off for a season-high 38 points in a win over BMSlam Stal Ostrow.
