European basketball is coming to London with a brand-new preseason event. The London Lions have announced the inaugural **London Lions Invitational**, bringing four notable European clubs to the Copper Box Arena for two days of competition.
Alongside the hosts, **Žalgiris Kaunas, Paris Basketball and Śląsk Wrocław** will take part in the tournament on September 10 and 11.
The event will tip off on Thursday, September 10, at 5:30 PM with London Lions facing Śląsk Wrocław, followed by Žalgiris Kaunas vs. Paris Basketball at 8:30 PM. The following day will feature the third-place game at 5:30 PM, with the final scheduled for 8:30 PM.
The Invitational follows last season’s sold-out preseason meeting between London and Žalgiris and will also renew the rivalry with Paris Basketball. The French club eliminated the Lions in the EuroCup semifinals in 2024 before going on to win the competition.
Tickets are already on sale, with prices starting at **£19**.
