A key EuroLeague day: at 14:00 the vote is scheduled to appoint the new EuroLeague Basketball CEO, following the Barcelona assembly decision to move on from Paulius Motiejunas.
Two finalists remain: Germany’s Michael Ilgner and Spain’s Chus Bueno, with Bueno widely reported as the frontrunner.

Reports also link his potential appointment to licensing dynamics around Real Madrid and Fenerbahce, with Madrid mentioned among the clubs pushing for leadership change.
