EuroLeague issues fines to Partizan and Crvena Zvezda after Belgrade derby incidents

Heavy sanctions and crowd restrictions following Round 24 events

Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary actions related to incidents during the Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade vs. Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade game in Round 24 of the 2024-25 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season.

  • Partizan has been fined €50,000 and will play its next game with 80% capacity limits, including the closure of specific sectors. The sanctions refer to violations of Articles 29.1.h), 29.2.d), 29.2.e), 29.2.f), and 29.2.g) of the EuroLeague Disciplinary Code.
  • Crvena Zvezda has been fined €20,000 for fan-related incidents, violating Articles 29.2.d), 29.2.e), and 29.2.g).

These measures aim to reinforce security and compliance with EuroLeague’s disciplinary standards.
