In a rematch of last season’s five-game playoff series, AS Monaco went on the road to beat the previously undefeated Olympiacos Piraeus 76-81 on Thursday night at Peace and Friendship Stadium. Pulling out a win in a tense contest, Monaco avenged last season’s loss and improved to 4-1 record, the same as Olympiacos, whose perfect start to the season came to an end.
