Tonight’s Euroleague Championship Game between Anadolu Efes and Barcelona will be broadcast on open TV in Turkey after Efes’ coach Ergin Ataman request. Game will be live on the open channel of beIN Sports.
“We will be competing in one of the most important matches of Turkish basketball at the club level,” Ataman said before the game, “We would like our fans to attend, but it was not possible under the health and safety restrictions. I met with Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoglu, our Minister of Youth and Sports, and asked for his support in all of Turkey being able to watch. He truly loves basketball. Fortunately, his personal involvement led to the broadcast on the open channel. Thank you, Mr. Minister.”
