Ergin Ataman expressed frustration with the national broadcaster’s coverage

After Turkey’s dominant win over Portugal and a 3-0 start at EuroBasket 2025, Ergin Ataman expressed frustration with the national broadcaster’s coverage.

“You thought it would be an easy game, so you moved us from TRT Spor to TRT Yıldız,” Ataman said. “This team is heading to the Final”.

He added: “Hopefully next time we won’t be pushed aside but moved up to TRT1. The Turkish national team is one of the most important teams in this country”.
