Javier Maestro reports Dubai BC is nearing an agreement with Elie Okobo, whose AS Monaco deal expires in June.

AS Monaco is described as an attractive target for EuroLeague teams ahead of next season, with an economic crisis and a shareholder change expected to heavily impact a project that had been competitive over the past three years.

In that context, the first player reported to be heading elsewhere is Elie Okobo, who is said to be very close to Dubai BC, looking to move ahead of other interested teams.
