Superman Returns to the Court for a Good Cause

Dwight Howard will return to Taiwan next month as the main attraction of a charity exhibition game organized by the New Taipei Kings and The Asian Tournament (TAT), the club announced on Friday.

The 8-time NBA All-Star will lead a TAT All-Star team — representing the new league — against a Kings All-Star squad in the “Kings Heart Classic,” scheduled for September 13 at Xinzhuang Gymnasium in New Taipei.

Howard announced his retirement from professional basketball last March. The 3-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year previously had two stints in Taiwan, first with the Taoyuan Leopards and later with the Taiwan Mustangs.
