According to Meridian Sport, Dusan Alimpijevic will sign a three-year deal to become the new head coach of the Serbian national team, succeeding Svetislav Pesic.
His tenure will run through the 2027 FIBA World Cup in Qatar and potentially the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
The Serbian Basketball Federation thanked Pesic, 76, whose contract expired Tuesday. He will remain in an advisory role, supporting the new coach and staff.
