Duke has extended head coach Jon Scheyer’s contract through the 2030-31 season, the school announced.
The deal adds two years to his previous agreement, which ran through 2028-29. Scheyer had already received an extension in 2023.
Selected in 2021 to succeed the legendary Mike Krzyzewski, Scheyer has done an impressive job keeping Duke among college basketball’s elite. Over his first three seasons at the helm, he has collected 89 wins, leading the Blue Devils to the Elite Eight in 2024 and the Final Four last season.
