Dubai Basketball has confirmed the coaching staff and team structure for the 2026/27 season.
Head Coach Xavi Pascual will be accompanied by Íñigo Zorzano, Adam Panagiotopoulos, Òscar Orellana,Velibor Njegovanovic and Jan Sentjurc as assistant coaches.
Cesc Senpau joins the coaching staff as Player Development Coach, while Luka Vulikic joins the analytics department.
Nenad Banjanin, Team Manager and VP of Operations, and Marko Lepovic, VP of Logistics, will continue in their key roles with the team.
The performance team will be led by Julio Calleja, Alejandro Garcia and Ogulcan Aydogan, while Rahul Prakash remains as Team Physician.
Zlatan Hadzismajlovic continues as Head Physiotherapist, alongside Anja Borsheim. Peter Sempels and Theo Lierneux join Dubai Basketball to complete the physiotherapy team.
In the equipment department, Danilo Vesovic has been named Head Equipment Manager and will work alongside Equipment Operations Coordinator Rodolfo Tanchico and Assistant Equipment Managers Jhon Embile and Ramil Diaz.
Stella Miric continues as Performance Nutrition Director, Nathalie Jbeily joins as Team Psychologist, and Ibrahim Kabakibi remains Team Photographer.
Regarding the front office, Bojan Bajec takes on the role of Chief Operations Officer, while Aleksandar Todorovic continues as SVP of Operations. Salvatore Civale remains as the Club’s General Counsel.
David Jover, VP of Communications, also becomes Assistant General Manager, working alongside Dejan Kamenjasevic, President and General Manager of Dubai Basketball.
