Doubts surround Panathinaikos–Olympiacos final amid rumors Angelopoulos Family will skip meeting

The Greek championship final between Panathinaikos and Olympiacos is at an increasing risk of being suspended. After the serious incidents in Game 2, the Greek government requested a meeting with the owners of the two teams. If they fail to attend or reach an agreement, the 2024–25 Greek Championship will be canceled.

According to Greek media reports, the Angelopoulos family does not intend to attend the meeting scheduled for Wednesday morning, June 4. Why? The Angelopoulos family refuses to sit down at the table with Panathinaikos president Giannakopoulos.
