Donovan Mitchell did not close the door on his future with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Asked about potentially signing an extension, Cleveland’s star once again underlined his connection with the franchise.
“I love it here. I don’t know how else to say it. I’ve said it before I signed the other extension. I love it here,” Mitchell said, making his stance on the Cavaliers clear.
Mitchell also stressed his belief in the team’s long-term potential despite the playoff disappointment: “I have no doubt this group can get there. We have unfinished business.”
