Luka Doncic delivered another memorable performance against the Golden State Warriors, setting an NBA record despite the Los Angeles Lakers’ 112-95 defeat.
The Slovenian superstar got off to a spectacular start, scoring 21 points in the first quarter alone while adding 5 assists, a steal and a block. He became the first player in the play-by-play era to record those numbers in a single quarter.
His incredible opening period helped Los Angeles take a 38-15 lead after the first 12 minutes, with the Lakers eventually going up by as many as 25 points. However, the early advantage was not enough to secure the win.
