Ahead of Panathinaikos AKTOR’s EuroLeague clash in Monaco (Oct. 31, 8:00 PM), Dinos Mitoglou celebrated his contract extension until 2029, calling it “a family decision.”
“I’m extremely happy about my renewal. Panathinaikos is family — Mr. Giannakopoulos, his wife, his children. I thank them deeply for their love and trust,” Mitoglou said before the team’s flight.
On the upcoming game: “We have a clear goal — to win. Monaco is a very talented and deep team, but we’ll go there focused and ready. Every year is different, and so is this game.”
He also praised coach Vassilis Spanoulis: “He’s put his DNA and mentality into the team. We expect a very tough battle.”
