Dimitris Giannakopoulos: Fair solution proposed, let the league finish on the court

Panathinaikos owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos praised the meeting with Deputy Sports Minister Yannis Vroutsis, calling it a positive step toward resolving the domestic basketball standoff.

Giannakopoulos said a “very fair solution” had been proposed and emphasized the league “must finish on the court.” He also thanked the minister for the constructive spirit of the meeting.

Attention now turns to Olympiacos’ response, with hopes that the Greek league can avoid further turmoil and reach a proper conclusion.
