Devontae Cacok has been announced as UCAM Murcia CB’s seventh signing for the 2025/26 season. The American big man brings experience in both Europe and the NBA, known for his athleticism, strength, rebounding ability, team-first mentality, and skill in passing and finishing around the basket.
Cacok has played in the NBA for two franchises: the San Antonio Spurs and the Los Angeles Lakers, winning an NBA Championship with the latter in 2020.
In the 2022/23 season, he made his European debut with CSKA Moscow, averaging 9 points and 5 rebounds per game. The following year, he made his EuroLeague debut with Virtus Bologna.
At 28 years old, the 2.01-meter center — who also holds a Jamaican passport — joins UCAM Murcia to provide physical presence, rebounding intensity, and above-the-rim play.
He has signed a one-year deal and will join Sito Alonso’s squad in August.
