Deni Avdija was among the key players in the Wizards’ win over the Hawks, with a 19-point, 14-rebound and 9-assist performance in addition to an outstanding defense on Trae Young.
The versatile Israeli forward is one of the few bright spots of Washington’s season, averaging 12.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4 assists in 27 minutes per game.
Avdija signed a contract extension in late October for about 55 million over four years.
