De Colo turns super-clutch: three late threes lift ASVEL past Paris

The first meeting of the season between Paris and ASVEL lived up to the billing: contrasting styles, constant momentum swings and suspense until the end. Both teams traded blows all night, with repeated 10-0 runs flipping the flow of the game.

Glynn Watson Jr led ASVEL with 28 points, while Nadir Hifi posted 26 for Paris along with seven assists. But the hero was Nando De Colo: quiet for three quarters (eight points), the EuroLeague legend took over in crunch time.

In the last four minutes, De Colo drilled three consecutive three-pointers — one in each of the final minutes — and added an assist, swinging the game decisively and sending the LDLC Arena into a roar. Paris fought to the end, but ASVEL’s late burst sealed a 94-89 win and a second straight victory.
