Atkins played for the NINERS in the 2021-22 season
The Chemnitz Niners have announced the signing of forward/center Darion Atkins to a two-year contract.
The 33-year-old player comes from Maccabi Urban Ramat Gan, an Israeli team where he averaged 9.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game last season.
For the Virginia product, this marks a return to Chemnitz, where he previously played during the 2021-22 season.
