Danilo Gallinari could soon embrace a new challenge in 3×3, as Amedeo Della Valle sparked speculation about the future of the experienced Italian forward.

Danilo Gallinari won the championship in Puerto Rico last season, and his presence at EuroBasket 2025 with the Italian national team seemed like it could be his last adventure as a basketball player.

However, through an Instagram story on his account, Amedeo Della Valle may have spoiled what’s next for the “Gallo”: 3×3 basketball. Della Valle posted a photo mentioning Danilo Gallinari with the caption: “Coming soon to 3×3 (and it’s not a joke)… We’re warming up the engines.”
