Daniel Theis is set to continue with AS Monaco for at least one more season, per BasketNews. Strong EuroLeague interest and an NBA out clause weren’t enough to move him.
After joining midseason, Theis averaged 11.7 points and 5.5 rebounds, making an instant impact. Monaco views him as a core player and talks are underway for an extension through 2027.
The veteran played 411 NBA games and remains a key figure for Germany, with gold at the 2023 World Cup and bronze at EuroBasket 2022.
