CSKA dominates Olympiacos for 7th consecutive win

Russian team prevailed 80-61.

“Defending” Euroleague champion CSKA Moscow got its 7th win in a row after routing Greek rival Olympiacos in a game dominated between the 2nd and the 3rd quarter by Itoudis’ side.

While Olympiacos led for most of the first quarter, CSKA turned it around in the second allowing just 19 points to the visitors between the 2nd and the 3rd period: the 24 point lead reached with 3 minutes on the clock was in the midst of garbage time. The home team was led by Euroleague November MVP Mike James (16+7+7), with Shengelia, Martin and Printezis being the only three other players in double figure with 10 points each.
