CSKA big man Johannes Voigtmann is among the several foreign players to have left Russian teams after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In an interview with kicke.de, Voigtmann has told the story of his departure from Russia, which saw him driving for aprox 2500 with the lone company of his dog by his side in the passenger seat. Voigtmann only made a brief stop in Lithuania and ended the journey through Poland.
