Coviran Granada have signed French point guard Mehdy Ngouama (30 years old, 1.88 m) through the end of the season. Ngouama joins from ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne, where he played in both the French top division and the EuroLeague.
Across 12 Liga Endesa games, he averages 8.3 points (52.6% on two-pointers), 1.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists. Last season, he played one game for Dreamland Gran Canaria, posting 11 points in 8 minutes (3/4 2PT, 1/1 3PT, 2/2 FT) plus 1 rebound, 2 assists and 9 PIR.
Ngouama also played 11 ACB games in 2022-23 with Carplus Fuenlabrada, and his best mentioned performance was 20 points and 23 PIR against Baskonia.
