According to Chris Fedor, the Cleveland Cavaliers extended a qualifying offer to center Jarrett Allen, making him a restricted free agent.
The Cavs acquired the former Texas big man from the Nets.
Allen averaged 13.2 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in the 51 games played with his new team.
