Unicaja Malaga has signed Chris Duarte (6’5″, 28 years old) to a two-year deal with an option for a third. Duarte joins from Vaqueros de Bayamón, where he averaged 19.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.8 assists, earning All-League First Team honors in Puerto Rico.
Selected 13th overall in the 2021 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers, Duarte brings NBA experience from his time with the Pacers, Kings, and Bulls, adding proven scoring, shooting range, and defensive aggression to Unicaja’s backcourt for the 2025-26 season.
