Celtics signs Jabari Parker to two-year deal, waive Moe Wagner

Boston reshuffles its frontcourt

The Boston Celtics have signed forward Jabari Parker to a 2-year deal, as reported by The Athletic’s Shams Charania. Parker briefly appeared in 3 games for the Sacramento Kings this season before being waived last month.

To make room for Parker, the Celtics will waive German forward Moe Wagner, who arrived to Boston from Washington at the trade deadline. Wagner averaged 1.2 ppg and 2.1 rpg for Boston after a good stint with the Wizards.
