Celtics reach 60 wins, Kristaps Porzingis: We worked hard all season long, we deserved this

The Celtics with yesterday's win secured the league's best record and the home court factor for the entire playoffs

Last night the Boston Celtics reached 60 wins thanks to their success over the Oklahoma City Thunder, sealed by Kristaps Porzingis’ 27 points with 12 rebounds and five blocks.

After the game, the big man commented on the milestone his team achieved for the 14th time in its history, more than any other NBA franchise.

“We worked hard all season long, and I think we deserved it….In the beginning it wasn’t a specific goal for us, but as the regular season went on we kept doing our job, playing hard to win games, and we got to this point. We deserve it, and maybe it will be important if we can carry out the vision we have”.

The Celtics with yesterday’s win secured the league’s best record and the home court factor for the entire playoffs.

That’s a major advantage for a team that has won an impressive 33 of 36 games at TD Garden.
