Two figures tied to the Boston Celtics could enter the race for the Seattle Seahawks. According to Adam Himmelsbach, league sources confirmed that Aditya Mittal, Celtics alternate governor, and Wyc Grousbeck, minority owner and CEO, are preparing a bid to buy the NFL franchise.
The potential deal would not change their commitment to the Celtics, at least according to the report. If the bid is successful, both Mittal and Grousbeck are expected to remain involved in their current roles with the NBA franchise.
