The Latvian national team captain arrives from Neptūnas after averaging 18.6 points in the EuroCup
Cedevita Olimpija announced the signing of 30-year-old, 1.93-meter Latvian guard Rihards Lomažs on a one-year contract.
Lomažs averaged 18.6 points, 4.1 assists and 3.1 rebounds across 16 EuroCup games with Neptūnas, shooting 38.8% from three-point range.
“Our ambitions are high in the EuroCup, ABA League and domestic competitions,” said Lomažs, who will reunite with head coach Zvezdan Mitrović.
