Cedevita Olimpija announced the signing of Matthew Hurt on a deal running through the end of the season.
The 25-year-old power forward officially leaves Trapani Shark after 18 games, during which he averaged 8.8 points and 3.3 rebounds in LBA, along with 12.5 points on 63% shooting from the field and 4.5 rebounds per game in the Basketball Champions League.
Hurt had initially been expected to join Tofas Bursa.
“I’m really excited to become part of Cedevita Olimpija,” Hurt said. “I’ve heard nothing but great things about the team and the city. I can’t wait to contribute to such a strong team and I’m looking forward to meeting the fans soon.”
