Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana is nearing a deal with American-Montenegrin guard Justin Cobbs. Cobbs, 32, averaged 14.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 4.4 assists last season with Alvark Tokyo. Additionally, he played a key role in helping the Montenegro national team qualify for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
