Cedevita obliged by government to go in isolation 10 days after one player tested positive to covid

The Slovenian team likely to miss the game against Bursaspor in EuroCup and the final score will be 0-20 for the Turkish team

KK Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana will not be able to play the EuroCup game against Bursaspor scheduled for Wednesday because the Slovenian government obliged the entire team to go in self-isolation for the next ten days following the tests that showed that one member of the team was positive to covid-19.
KK Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana has three games in the next ten days and it will be impossible for the team to play them with the entire team in quarantine.
The game against Bursaspor could be a 0-20 for the Turkish team if Cedevita doesn’t play considering that only one player of the team is positive and they have 8 healthy players.

“The sad news for our club and all the fans is the fact that due to the regulations that the whole team must spend ten days in quarantine, we will most likely not play in at least one 7DAYS EuroCup match, which will be registered with the victory of our opponents. We had enough players to play the match, but due to NIJZ regulations, this is unfortunately not possible. Regulations and guidelines are different in all the countries our competitors come from” Davor Užbinec, director of BC Cedevita Olimpija said
