Edwards signed a 1+1 contract, running through the end of the 2027-28 season

Zalgiris Kaunas have announced the signing of Carsen Edwards, the American guard who spent last season with Virtus Bologna.

Edwards signed a 1+1 contract, running through the end of the 2027-28 season.

Last season in EuroLeague with Virtus, he averaged 17.3 points, 2.3 assists and an 11.0 PIR.

He previously spent two seasons with Bayern Munich. In 2024-25, he was the EuroLeague’s top scorer with 20.4 points per game and was named to the All-EuroLeague First Team.

Before starting his European career with Fenerbahce in 2022-23, Edwards played 75 NBA games with the Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons.
