Carlik Jones is closing in on his return for Partizan after nearly four months sidelined with a fractured foot. He is expected to be back for the EuroLeague game vs Fenerbahce on February 25.
Coach Joan Penarroya said Jones “trained fully with the rest of the team” and should be “fully ready to play after the Radivoj Korac Cup.” The plan is to have him with the group for the Istanbul trip.
Jones hasn’t played since October 20, when he suffered a left-foot fifth metatarsal fracture in an ABA League game against FMP. Before the injury, he averaged 11.4 points and 5.2 assists over five EuroLeague appearances.
