Bulls reportedly telling teams Thaddeus Young isn’t on the market

Young is averaging 12.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.4 assist (career-high) and 1.4 steals per game

The Chicago Bulls want to keep Thaddeus Young, Kevin O’Connor reports.

The reporter reveals that Executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas is telling teams that the veteran forward isn’t available on the market.

The former Georgia Tech is averaging 12.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.4 assist (career-high) and 1.4 steals per game, shooting 61% from the field and 64% from the foul line.

Young is under contract until 2022, with about 14.1 million (6 guaranteed) for the 2021/22 season.
