Bulls reportedly hiring Arturas Karnishovas for top front office role

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Arturas Karnisovas will be the new Bulls’ executive VP of basketball operations. He will sign a multi-year deal.
Karnisovas will replace John Paxson, who has been running the Bulls’ basketball operations since 2003.
