Coby White is expected to make his season debut Sunday on the road against the Utah Jazz, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania. The Chicago Bulls guard has recovered from a calf strain that sidelined him for the first month of the season.
White averaged a career-high 20.4 points in 74 games last year and has become a cornerstone in Chicago’s starting backcourt. The 25-year-old is in the final year of a three-year, $36 million deal and will be an unrestricted free agent this summer.
The Bulls have dropped four straight games after a strong 6-1 start and now enter a tough stretch with eight of their next ten on the road, beginning Sunday in Utah.
