Brooklyn Nets sign kevin Durant to multi-year contract extension

KD appeared in 35 games during the 2020-21 regular season, registering averages of 26.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.3 blocks in 33.1 minutes per game

The Brooklyn Nets have signed forward Kevin Durant to a multi-year contract extension. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

Durant was acquired by Brooklyn via a sign-and-trade with Golden State on July 7, 2019. He appeared in 35 games during the 2020-21 regular season, registering averages of 26.9 points on a career-best 53.7 percent shooting from the field, a career-best 45.0 percent shooting from 3-point range and 88.2 percent shooting from the free-throw line, 7.1 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.3 blocks in 33.1 minutes per game
