Bobby Portis: “50-50” on Giannis staying with the Bucks

Speaking on “Run It Back” (FanDuel TV), Bobby Portis said it’s 50-50 whether Giannis Antetokounmpo stays with the Milwaukee Bucks.
Asked to rate it on a 1-to-10 scale, Portis went with a five and called it “up in the air.”

Portis pointed to championship expectations as the core issue, stressing the goal isn’t just making the play-in or the playoffs.
He also said he doesn’t know what GM Jon Horst and the front office will build “to make the roster better” next season.

Portis added that questions about Giannis’ future have come up every year the Bucks haven’t won the title since 2020.
He expects the speculation to linger into the offseason and ramp up around the NBA Draft.
