Yang Hansen, the 20-year-old center selected by the Portland Trail Blazers with the 16th overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, was among the most highly anticipated rookies heading into the Las Vegas Summer League.

With two seasons as a starter in the CBA under his belt, Hansen had little trouble adjusting to the faster, free-flowing pace of summer basketball.

In four appearances, the big man flashed his potential on both ends of the floor, averaging 10.8 points, 5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 2.2 blocks per game.
