Besiktas will face Anadolu Efes in the BSL playoff semifinals starting Friday.

Dusan Alimpijevic will remain as head coach of Besiktas through the end of the 2026/27 season, as announced by the Turkish club.

This season, the Serbian coach led Besiktas to the Round of 16 in the EuroCup and will face Anadolu Efes in the BSL playoff semifinals starting Friday.

Alimpijevic also guided the team to a second-place finish in the regular season, with a record of 23 wins in 30 games.
