Besiktas set EuroLeague budget at no less than €12 million

Besiktas are preparing for their new EuroLeague season with a significant budget.

As reported by Gazzetta.gr, club board president Ozkan Arseven said that next season’s budget “will not be below €12 million.”

Arseven stressed that Besiktas do not want their EuroLeague presence to be a one-year experience: “We do not want to stay for only one year, but to extend this project for a longer period.”

The executive also referred to the planned expansion of the competition to 24 teams, explaining that the club can now think with a broader and more long-term perspective about its European future.
