Ben Simmons is officially returning to the NBA. The three-time All-Star has agreed to a one-year, $3.5 million deal with the Sacramento Kings, according to his agents Max Wiepking, Sean Tribe and Ryan Arney.
The Australian guard, a former No. 1 overall pick and one-time All-NBA selection, will return to the league after missing the entire 2025-26 season. Simmons is now set to begin his 10th NBA season, looking to revive a career that has been heavily affected by injuries in recent years.
His last NBA appearance came during the 2024-25 season with the Los Angeles Clippers. Sacramento will give Simmons another opportunity to prove that he can still make an impact at the highest level.
