The BAT has issued its first award pertaining to COVID-19. The Arbitrator basically confirmed the BAT Guidelines by deciding that the indemnity due to a player following the wrongful termination of an employment agreement by a club prior to the COVID-19 crisis, in principle is not affected by the crisis.
